GREENBRIER
The mill at Smoot, West Virginia is situated in the heart of the
fertile Greenbrier valley timber area. This facility produces high
quality hardwood lumber sold on a green basis to third parties or
routed to the yard at Beckley for drying. This mill utilizes advanced
sawmill technology including 3-D headrig scanning and double-cut
linear carriage, combination gang-edger, drop saw trimmer green chain
and efficient yards for saw logs, veneer logs and lumber.
